How do you ensure my pottery arrives safely? Ceramics are delicate, and we take that seriously! We use eco-friendly, reinforced packaging and multiple layers of cushioning to ensure your Norvesly pieces survive the journey to your doorstep.
Can I track my order? Yes! As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your pottery's journey.
Product & Care
Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe? Most of our everyday functional ware is safe for both the microwave and dishwasher. However, for handcrafted pieces with specialized glazes, we recommend hand washing to preserve their beauty for years to come. Please check individual product descriptions for specific care details.
Are your glazes food-safe? Absolutely. All Norvesly functional pottery is made with 100% lead-free, food-grade glazes.
Returns & Satisfaction
What if my item arrives damaged? While we pack with extreme care, the road can be bumpy. If your item arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
